Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Airport

Marriott Platinum member. Got upgraded to 2 room suite. Room was clean, although shower shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Business center computers were inoperative. Breakfast was fine, daily options changed everyday. Very quiet inside, ask for a room on the North side (even number rooms) for a quieter experience. Gym and pool very nice.

The people at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked and includes different types of eggs, meats, yogurt bar with various toppings and oatmeal. All the different types of drinks that you would expect. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I was in a suite and I enjoyed all of the space. No dust in the vents and caulking in the bathroom areas was in great shape. Could not hear the airport very much. People were quiet. It was a very quiet experience. The location is the best because it’s within walking distance of Moxies and Scaddabush and Jack Astors

Located near the airport. We stayed for a week and appreciated the great service and hospitality from the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast crew. Special thank you to Shazeela, for her thoughtfulness to my mom's special dietary needs & nut allergy.

Rooms are super nice. Every time I stay I think, if it was just me I could live in a place like this permanently. Location works great for getting away from the airport, but still close enough to get home easy.

I had a short stay in this hotel after a Redeye flight and everything has been excellent. They offert me a late checkout without me asking and take the cost for transportation to the airport and back. Rooms were clean and very large. The only thing to improve is the breakfast. Even when included it can be a little better.

This was a contract hotel for a nearby clinic where I was having surgery. The hotel is very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our 5 night stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Their hot breakfast was very good and was kept stocked up right until it closed at 9am. The breakfast area was spotless clean. They don't have an airport shuttle but will reimburse up to $28 for an Uber to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location if you want proximity to the airport but there isn't a lot else around. Couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Pool is nice, hot breakfast is good and the staff was fantastic.

This staff at this Residence Inn goes the extra mile and truly provided us a home away from home! First the basics: smooth and easy check-in on a stormy winter night; super clean room with amenities other Residence Inns sometimes forget like extra silverware and blankets; fresh and wholesome breakfast with actual glasses, mugs and silverware, not plastic; perfectly maintained pool with much less chlorine odor than other hotels. Now the specifics: Victoria the front desk manager went out of her way when we didn't respond to our requested wake-up call, even sending someone to check on us to make sure we didn't miss our flight! Then in our rush to leave I left my jewelry in the room, but when I called, Romeo the housekeeping manager had it in hand, packaged it up for shipment and sent an easy link for us to confirm arrangements. Airport hotels usually lack the community feel of in-town hotels but this one is both top quality and warmly memorable. Great experience!
